DATA PROTECTION CHARTER
The Customer is informed and agrees that his personal data may be collected on the site and used by AMARA FLEURS SARL which acts as data controller under the terms of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to Computers, Files and Freedoms as amended on January 20, 2017 and as amended by the General Regulation on Data Protection 2016/679 dated April 27, 2016 (hereinafter the "Data Protection Act").
AMARA FLEURS SARL undertakes to protect and ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data of its Customers, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, including taking all necessary precautions to prevent such data from being stolen, distorted, damaged or that unauthorized third parties have access to it. In case of violation of personal data, AMARA FLEURS SARL notifies the violation in question, to the CNIL, as soon as possible after its discovery. If the violation of personal data is likely to cause a high risk to the rights and freedoms of a Customer, AMARA FLEURS SAR LLC will notify the person concerned of the violation of personal data as soon as possible.
Customers' personal data may be transmitted to service providers and contractual partners who, as subcontractors under the Data Protection Act, intervene and contribute directly to the management of orders and for whom it is absolutely necessary to access the personal data provided by the Customer during the creation and use of his account (identity, postal address, telephone number, email address). Subcontractors can only act on the instructions of AMARA FLEURS SARL.
Customers' personal data may also be transmitted to external service providers for certain processing operations, such as the analysis of customer opinions, in-store reservations, etc. (see list of collection purposes below). The data are then transmitted anonymously (addresses and identity information are not included), or if this is not the case, the service provider has undertaken not to use them for its own needs or to communicate them to a third party. These entities are also obliged, to the same extent as AMARA FLEURS SARL, to ensure the protection of personal data. The subcontractors can only act on the instructions of AMARA FLEURS SARL.
